Paweł Czyżewski is an attorney-at-law and senior associate in the Real Estate and Construction Department at CMS, where he focuses on various aspects of real estate, construction and commercial law. 

His experience includes advising domestic and international investors on real estate transactions (asset and share deals), joint-venture projects and lease transactions in the warehouse, office, hotel and retail sectors. 

Paweł specialises in negotiating and drafting transaction documentation as well as conducting due diligence investigations.
Before joining CMS, Paweł worked for Warsaw-based law firms, where he was involved in a number of real estate transactions.
