Wojciech Koczara is a partner and Head of the firm’s Real Estate practice in Poland.

Wojciech specialises in real estate corporate law. He has been advising domestic and international investors in relation to the purchase, sale and lease of commercial estates and the performance of development projects for over 16 years.

He has advised on various significant real estate, corporate and financing transactions in Poland, including the acquisitions and disposals of office buildings, hotels and shopping centres, as well as projects concerning logistics centres.

Before joining CMS, Wojciech worked for Clifford Chance and Domanski, Zakrzewski, Palinka, and the National Bank of Poland. He is the author of several publications on real estate law.
