Corporate Social Responsibility

Our choices and actions define the future. That is why we are committed to working towards a more sustainable and prosperous future for our clients and society.

Legal Advice:

Corporate Social Responsibility is now broadening its scope of influence to encompass all economic and political sectors, from Energy, Finance, Urban Planning to Tax.

We advise our Clients, from multinationals to start-ups, in all sectors and areas of law related to Corporate Social Responsibility, in defining climate change strategies, due diligence, corporate digital responsibility, sustainable supply chains, whistleblowing and green real estate financing.

We also offer the expertise of our professionals in pro-bono services with different local organisations.

At CMS, our approach is integrated and multidisciplinary - this enables us to anticipate and understand different fast-evolving issues and develop innovative solutions for our Clients. Our specialist teams identify risks and threats while seizing opportunities arising from the increasing focus on our Clients' Corporate Social Responsibility strategies.

We have joined the UN Global Compact, the world's largest corporate social responsibility initiative and are committed to fulfilling our corporate responsibilities in four areas: human rights, labour, environment and anti-corruption.

Through CMS, we actively support a number of local charities and social causes. Through volunteering, fundraising and pro-bono work, we aim to create an impact. Internationally, we support Doctors Without Borders in their mission to provide medical assistance to people affected by conflict, epidemics, disasters or exclusion from healthcare. Giving back to the society in which we work and live and preserving the environment are important pillars of our business strategy.
