CMS invests in Public Law innovation

CMS has just launched the CMS Public Procurement Remedies Toolbox, an innovative tool that allows you to quickly identify decisions that can be challenged in public procurement procedures and calculate the time limits for actions available in multiple jurisdictions.
 
Public procurement laws establish fast procedures and quick decisions to allow projects to be completed in a short period of time, but safeguard the possibility of reviewing some of the decisions made in the procedures. Operators in public markets are familiar with the importance of controlling the very tight deadlines practiced in procedures for awarding public contracts and concessions. 
 
Coordinated by Gonçalo Guerra Tavares and António Magalhães e Menezes, partner and senior associate in the CMS Portugal public law practice, this tool is aimed at companies and entities that participate in public procurement processes in various countries on a global scale.
