Employment conditions for administrative employees not covered by specific collective agreements
 
It is already in force in Mainland Portugal the new employment conditions for administrative employees not covered by specific collective regulations.

We highlight, on the one hand, the increase of the monthly minimum remunerations, with a consequent increase in the amount of the seniority allowances, which, through indexation to the remuneration of level VII of the minimum remunerations table, will now be of EUR 21.96 (twenty one euros and ninety six cents), and of the failure allowance, which, through indexation to the remuneration of level IX of the minimum remuneration table, becomes EUR 35.75 (thirty-five euros and seventy-five cents), and on the other hand, the increase of the amount of the meal allowance, which is updated to EUR 5.45 (five euros and forty-five cents) for each full day of work.

The minimum remunerations and the meal allowance are effective from 1 April 2022.
