Vsevolod has advised many international and Russian companies on the entry into and operating on the Russian pharmaceutical and medical device markets, including on regulatory matters, distribution contracts, clinical trials, promotion of medical products  and interactions with HCPs, different commercial and competition law issues, compliance issues, dispute resolutions. Besides legal regulation of the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector, Vsevolod specialises in commercial law, legislation on personal data, public procurement, arbitration and enforcement procedures.

Before joining CMS in 2011, Vsevolod worked for Roche – one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies (at first as an attorney, then as head of the legal department and compliance officer).He then worked for a noted law firm as a senior attorney and head of their pharmaceutical practice group.
