CMS Russia is happy to announce that Konstantin Bochkarev has joined the Moscow office of CMS as the Head of Technology, Media and Communications (TMC).
Konstantin brings to the firm over 14 years’ experience of advising top-tier Russian and multinational companies, internet startups and venture funds on intellectual property, data protection, software, media, technology and general corporate matters. Before joining CMS, Konstantin was working in Russia, the US and Cyprus for global IT companies and international law firms.
Konstantin holds a degree in Law from the Lomonosov Moscow State University and an LL.M. degree in Law, Science and Technology from Stanford Law School. Konstantin is a registered trademark attorney and a patent attorney in computer software. He is also a Certified Information Privacy Professional / Europe (CIPP/E).
