The COVID-19 outbreak in 2020 has reinforced the world’s recognition of health services and the value that these institutions provide to society. This is why the choice of Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), also known as Doctors without Borders, as the CMS Charity is especially significant.

As health services in the developed world have struggled to manage the influx of seriously ill COVID-19 sufferers, it is easy to forget that millions of people around the globe do not have readily available access to healthcare.

CMS, as a truly worldwide firm with offices throughout Europe, Asia, Africa and Latin America, is able to relate to the social, economic and cultural challenges that MSF continually faces. It makes CMS especially proud to be associated with this incredible organisation.

This year, MSF has encountered the unprecedented challenge of COVID-19, caring for people living in poverty and in areas with insufficient health infrastructure, protecting vital healthcare workers and launching essential health units in countries with significant outbreaks.
