Dragana Jandrić specialises in real estate, dispute resolution and commercial law and can draw on several years of experience in advising international companies in Serbia on various legal matters. Throughout several significant and demanding projects, she has taken a key role in coordinating work and presenting before clients.

After having worked as an in-house lawyer with two reputable Serbian real estate development companies, Dragana Jandrić joined CMS team in Belgrade in April 2015. She has acquired wide experience in advising clients on various real estate matters.

Her many engagements as a litigator proved her capable of handling different types of proceedings before competent courts (administrative proceedings, commercial disputes, etc.). She has advised clients regarding ongoing disputes, as well as in pre-litigation steps by assisting them to conclude settlements and analyse dispute resolution clauses in commercial agreements.
