Raško Radovanović is an attorney-at-law and a leading expert in the fields of competition law, compliance and commercial. He leads the CMS competition law practice in Serbia, Montenegro and Macedonia. 

Industries

Raško Radovanović has advised some of the most important market players in different industries (automotive, FMCG, food and agriculture, energy, pharmaceuticals, etc.) on antitrust-related aspects of their everyday business operations and has coordinated high-profile multi-jurisdictional cases and merger filings. He also represents clients in investigation proceedings of the Serbian competition authority and has extensive experience in dawn raids and individual exemption procedures.
Raško Radovanović also advises German-speaking clients on competition-related, commercial and corporate aspects of their everyday business operations in Serbia.

He joined CMS in 2010 after finishing his LL.M. studies in Germany, where he also worked in the energy sector.
