Stefan Stanimirović is an associate practicing mostly in commercial law and corporate transactions. He joined the CMS Belgrade team in November 2019, after graduating from the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law in June of that year
During the course of his studies, he actively participated in the moot court programme at the University of Belgrade. He was a member of the team which represented the University of Belgrade at the International Investment Arbitration Moot Court Competition, held annually at Frankfurt, and he also participated in one of the most prominent competitions in the field of international arbitration, the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot where he was awarded an honourable mention for the Martin Domke award. He was also a member of the Marketing and business plan division of the Road Arrow team of the Belgrade University which competes in the prestigious Formula Student competitions and he participated in competitions held at Silverstone, England and Assen, Netherlands in the summer of 2019.
