Before joining CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in 2018, Graden Kjuder worked in the real estate department of the Slovenian railway operator, where he was responsible for sales and oversaw public tenders. His experience also extends to the field of employment law: working in the human resources department, he advised on day-to-day employment matters and conducted disciplinary proceedings.

He has been a valuable member of an advisory team that assisted a leading private investment vehicle in financing energy efficiency projects in Slovenia. Graden has also provided advice on non-REMIT requirements concerning power regulatory reporting to the regulator in Slovenia. Additionally, he has expertise in the regulatory framework for electric power stations.
