Wistrand appoints new Counsels

Wistrand Advokatbyrå is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeanette Jönsson and Justus Pettersson as Counsels at the Gothenburg office. They will assume their new roles on January 1, 2024. Both are experienced lawyers and active today at Wistrand.

Jeanette Jönsson has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2019 and primarily specialises in M&A, capital markets, commercial contracts and general corporate law issues. She has experience in domestic and cross-border M&A, investments, capital raisings and IPOs. Jeanette also has a specific focus and advices on ESG and sustainability.

Justus Pettersson has been a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2021 and works primarily with Swedish and international income taxation. He also advises on private capital matters, with particular focus on economic aspects of family law.
