Morning Talk: Superpower of Feedback

Communication is the best way to ensure that we are all on the same page. Wherever we have to find common ground: in an international corporation, a sports team, a family business, a music band, a governmental or non-governmental organisation, or in any other place - working with feedback is one of the essential issues for the team.

How do we hear, analyse and arrive at the right conclusions? How do we give feedback so that it is heard? How can we ensure we do not offend a colleague when giving feedback? How do we accept feedback from someone with whom we may not get along very well, and why is it important always to ask for feedback? We are going to address all of these issues during the CMS HR Academy meeting: Feedback Superpower, which will take place on 11 December 2019.
