International law firm CMS has today published the CMS Guide to Merger Control in Europe 2014.
The 2014 edition is the 5th edition and provides information on 44 European merger control regimes.
The Guide is the only one of its kind, containing two-page tables on each jurisdiction for quick and easy reading.
Harald Kahlenberg, head of the CMS Competition Group, comments: "The CMS Guide to Merger Control in Europe 2014 is an excellent tool for daily merger control practice and provides up-to-date information on all European merger control jurisdictions. Just like the previous four editions, it focuses on the most important questions on merger control and is thus tailored to the needs of in-house competition counsel advising on and structuring transactions."
