Anatolii is an Associate at the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. As a member of the Energy & Climate Change practice group, Anatolii focuses on advising clients on various legal and regulatory issues in the areas of Energy and Oil & Gas.

He has significant experience in advising and providing legal support to the investors on various legal issues during all stages of implementation of renewable power projects (from acquisition to commissioning and operation). This includes, among others, working as a secondee for one of the leading renewable power companies in Europe and advising on issues related to its day-to-day activities in Ukraine. Anatolii was also extensively involved in advising on the matters related to the grid connection, production and sale of electricity, obtaining the electricity generation licenses, other permits and compliance with them.

Anatolii’s experience in Oil and Gas sector includes advising clients on matters related to upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas, in particular on regulatory issues related to exploration, production, trading and transmission of natural gas.

Anatolii has also extensive experience of practising law in the areas of infrastructure, real estate, international finance, and intellectual property.
