Evgenia Prudko is a senior associate specialised in employment law. She has 17 years of experience in advising both international and local clients on corporate/M&A, competition, employment and compliance issues. Clients appreciate her legal support when it comes to merger clearances, unfair competition, corporate restructurings, problematic individual dismissals, group redundancies, transfers of businesses, employment restructurings including outsourcing projects, etc.
Evgenia Prudko is a deputy head of the Law Committee and the Food and Agriculture Committee of the German-Ukrainian Chamber of Industry and Commerce. She has been a member of the Ukrainian Bar Association since 2004.
Evgenia Prudko is the author of numerous publications released in Ukraine and abroad. She is a highly sought-after speaker at various events, in particular in the employment webinars launched by CMS this year.

Evgenia Prudko joined the Kyiv office of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz in 2012. She graduated from Kyiv National University of Trade and Economics obtaining a Master’s degree in law with honours.
