Ihor Pavliukov is an associate in the Corporate/M&A Transactions practice group in the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang.  Ihor advises foreign and domestic clients on M&A, private equity, equity capital market deals, commercial and corporate law matters.  Most recently Ihor has been focusing on the projects in infrastructure, energy, real estate and construction advising clients on transactional, general corporate law matters, joint ventures, restructurings, corporate finance and other matters.
