Ivan Pshyk is an associate within the Finance practice at the Kyiv office of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang. Ivan’s experience includes advising a range of international commercial banks, financial organizations and other clients on complex cross-border finance transactions, including pre-export, trade, project , real estate and municipal finance in various sectors of the Ukrainian economy, such as agriculture, infrastructure and natural resources. In addition, Ivan has been involved in advising on a range of regulatory issues in banking and finance fields relating, inter alia, to the foreign currency rules, capital markets and financial services, NPLs regulation and AML compliance.
