Naida Shykhkerimova is an associate in the Kyiv office of CMS Reich-Rohrwig Hainz. She specialises in commercial and competition law as well as compliance and public procurement

She has more than five years of experience advising local and international companies, institutions and organisations, including the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) and the national competition authority, on a variety of antitrust, competition and compliance matters.

As a recommended expert in the field of competition, Naida Shykhkerimova focuses on complex antitrust projects, merger control, concerted actions, misuse of a dominant position, public procurement, unfair competition, state support of individual companies, and other regulatory issues that fall under the jurisdiction of the AMCU.
