Sergiy Datsiv is an associate in the real estate & construction and energy teams of CMS Reich Rohrwig Hainz in Kyiv.

Sergiy Datsiv also specialises in energy projects and has advised many clients on a variety of energy deals, including the acquisition and development of solar and wind power plants in Ukraine, land allocation and re-zoning, verification of land plot titles for the development of power generation facilities, construction project analysis and grid-connection documentation and other legal matters related to the construction and development of power plants.
