Karabo is a Conveyancing Lawyer with 10 years of Property Law experience, specializing in transfers.  

She is a Consultant in the Real Estate department. Her experience in this field ranges from clients in the Financial Sector, Real Estate Agents, Property Developers, Local government as well as private individuals. 

Over the recent past, Karabo has managed a successful practice handling bulk transfers, although on a small scale. She has identified a market in the bulk transfers transactions in order to assist client such as Local and National Government with their housing backlog in South Africa where houses are built, and handed over to their recipients, however, times goes by before such recipients receive their Title Deeds. Other clients that will benefit from the bulk transaction because of the cost-effective measures and time efficiency of transacting in this manner are Property Developers. 

She has handled a vast amount of individual transfer transactions to assist first time buyers and those that have bought and sold multiple properties. For any buyer or seller, the process of property transactions can be a daunting one and only a Conveyancing Attorneys is equipped to handle this. In her practice, Karabo guarantees solid advice and equip individuals with knowledge on transactions that take places simultaneously with the registration of the property in one’s name. Assisting further with application and obtaining all the relevant supporting documents such as the Municipality’s rates clearance certificate, the Home Owner’s Association’s certificate, Electrical compliance certificate, electrical fencing certificate, Transfer Duty receipt and so forth.
