Dear reader,

I have the great pleasure to announce that Elke Duden joined CMS as a partner in our Employment and Pensions Department as from 1 May 2018.

Elke, an internationally renowned specialist in pensions and employment law, will continue the practice of Jef Degrauwe, who will be retiring after a career of more than 40 years. We thank Jef for the countless contributions to the firm.

Before joining CMS, Elke was Counsel at Linklaters, where over a period of more than 20 years she acquired a considerable reputation in the areas of individual employment and collective labour laws, with a focus on pensions law.

With her arrival, the Employment and Pensions Department at CMS in Brussels and Antwerp, will consist of 13 lawyers, including 3 partners.
