Christian Gersbach est avocat spécialiste FSA en Droit du travail et dirige notre équipe Droit du travail et de l’immigration.

Il exerce au sein de notre cabinet depuis 2004, et conseille un grand nombre d’employeurs dans tous les domaines du droit du travail (par ex. rédaction de contrats de travail, représentations de travailleurs, résiliations, droit de la procédure). Son activité met l’accent sur les affaires internationales ou transfrontalières.

Christian Gersbach a travaillé de 2001 à 2005 comme juge ordinaire au Tribunal de district d’Aarau, notamment dans le droit civil et le droit des poursuites et faillites. En 2006/2007, il a conclu ses études post-grades à New York University (LL.M.) puis il a travaillé au sein d’un important cabinet de New York, avant de reprendre fin 2007 son activité auprès de CMS.
