CMS advises Avectris on the acquisition of Comicro AG

Avectris, a Baden-based full-service IT provider for Swiss medium-sized companies, acquires Comicro.

Comicro, domiciled in Wangen bei Dübendorf, is an established IT provider in Switzerland. The company plans, implements and operates IT infrastructures, security solutions and management systems for customers in all sectors. In addition, Comicro advises its customers on IT training of their users and provides customized IT training on request. By virtue of the acquisition of Comicro, Avectris further expands its own professional service competencies in the area of IT infrastructure and complements its portfolio with IT training. Moreover, Avectris is taking an important step in its growth strategy and continuous expansion of its market positioning.
