CMS Luxembourg expands its expertise in Intellectual Property

Laure Chemla joins CMS Luxembourg to continue the development of its IP practice and to significantly widen the range of services proposed to clients. She will lead on all IP related matters and will be assisted by a dedicated team of associates from our Corporate, Commercial, Tax and dispute teams.

Laure has more than 10 years’ experience working as in-house counsel for major international companies and advsing them on all aspects of industrial and intellectual property. Her practice spans both contentious and non-contentious matters in relation to trademarks, patents, designs, copyright, unfair competition and image’s right. She also has substantial experience in the areas of IP portfolio management, anti-counterfeiting and customs notably in Latin America, Africa and Middle East countries.
