Vous / nous. Ces questions vous / nous interpellent en tant qu’acteur économique et en tant qu’être humain. Elles nous interpellent en tant qu’avocats à votre service et nous obligent à réfléchir à la manière dont nous allons pouvoir continuer à vous assister lorsque les algorithmes phagocyteront des pans entiers de notre pratique.

Antifragile. Il ne fait aucun doute que l’intelligence artificielle vous / nous réserve de bonnes et de mauvaises surprises, des réussites et des déceptions. Pour se préparer, ensemble, à l’inévitable inattendu qui bouleversera nos vies, nous avons décidé de lancer, au sein de CMS Belgique, un groupe « CMSbe.AI ».

CMSbe.AI. Les membres de ce groupe sont des observateurs attentifs de l’essor de l’intelligence artificielle dans leur domaine d’expertise. En se rassemblant, ils se sont donnés pour objectif de suivre de manière transversale les évolutions de l’intelligence artificielle. Cette veille technologique permet à CMS Belgique d’être en mesure, notamment, de :

  • vous assister dans vos projets de déploiement de l’intelligence artificielle au sein vos entreprises,
  • vous alerter d’éventuelles opportunités ou de risques potentiels,
  • vous aider à faire face aux dommages que vous causerait un algorithme,
  • vous offrir un service à la pointe de l’innovation en optimisant nos interactions.

Passion. Le groupe CMSbe.AI est composé d’avocats passionnés d’innovation et spécialisés en droit des nouvelles technologies, en droit de la concurrence, en aides d’Etat, en data protection et en life sciences.

Gènes. Le lancement du groupe CMSbe.AI témoigne de ce que l’innovation est inscrite dans les gènes du cabinet CMS, qui est le premier cabinet d’avocats à lancer un groupe spécialisé en intelligence artificielle en Belgique.
