Gaël Chuffart appointed Co-chair of the Employment practice within World Law Group

Gaël Chuffart has been appointed Co-head of the Employment Practice Area Group within World Law Group. 

CMS Belgium has been a member of The World Law Group (WLG) since it was established in 1988.  It is one the largest networks of independent full-service law firms and aims to meet the global needs of multinational companies, by providing immediate access to top legal professionals around the globe. WLG is ranked an Elite Global Network by Chambers and Partners and the member firms are leading firms in their national and local markets. 

Gaël, who joined the CMS' Brussels office in 2004 has been a partner at CMS Belgium since 2013. He has extensive experience in a wide range of employment and social security matters, ranging from Collective labour relations to individual labour law and remuneration conditions. He also advises on the international movement of employees. As the Co-chair of the Employment practice within WLG, Gaël will play a crucial role in connecting CMS' Employment practise with other legal professionals and businesses world-wide.
