CMS advised finleap on the acquisition of the digital business banking provider Penta

CMS advised finleap on its acquisition of the Fintech Penta, an online business banking provider for digital companies.

finleap is a Berlin-based Fintech company builder, engaged in building Fintech startups. It was launched in 2014 and has developed 16 ventures as well as acquired two fintech companies so far. More than 800 talents from 60 nations work for the finleap group.

Penta was founded in May 2016 and offers fast and easy business banking for its customers of the digital industry. Companies can sign up online in minutes and receive a German IBAN as well as other business banking services.

An international CMS team led by partner Alain Raemy advised finleap on all legal matters in the course of this transaction.
