Romaric Buttet has been an associate within the Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Department of CMS Francis Lefebvre Lyon since 2013. 

Romaric work focuses primarily on mergers & acquisitions, including LBO operations, the establishment of joint ventures and project operations: advice on the establishment of project companies and the negotiation of shareholder agreements.

He advises both groups of companies and investment funds on their acquisition and divestment operations.

He works with national and international clients in the industrial, service, real estate, medical and health-related sectors.

He has also acquired experience in the field of non-profit organisations (corporate foundations, associations, etc.) and liberal professions (dentists, veterinary surgeons, etc.).
