From 8 to 11 March 2011, MIPIM, the leading international property trade show, which attracts tens of thousands of corporate participants from across the globe, will take place in Cannes. Designed for senior-level decision makers, it is the foremost forum in which to connect with key players in the industry, from investors to end-users and local governments to international corporations. 

Over 30 CMS lawyers from across Europe will attend MIPIM this year. All of them will be delighted to answer questions about their jurisdictions, whether of a legal or commercial nature. Each of them shares the same passion for real estate as well as a common understanding of what drives real estate players in this very challenging period, where the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment has never been so critical. The recent merger between major groups CBRE Investors and ING REIM is just one example of the profound changes currently taking place.
