For a few months now, an increasing number of economic indicators have been moving in the right direction. This allows experts to forecast better times for the European economy, although the situation can still vary significantly from one country or region to another. Indeed, when following the news, we can see business conditions are still difficult for many.

This is why, in the coming months, you will notice our increasing focus on developing legal and tax solutions centred on your business, not only to protect you from threats but to build on your strengths and help you to act on opportunities.

It is also the reason why CMS is developing itself outside Europe, with offices in China, Brazil, Russia and, more recently, Dubai, Mexico, Istanbul and Oman.
