Jaap Loman is als advocaat werkzaam binnen de Praktijkgroep Real Estate & Construction.

Hij houdt zich bezig met vastgoedtransacties en met het adviseren en procederen over projectontwikkeling, huurrecht en bouwgeschillen. Jaap adviseert onder andere bij het opstellen van (turnkey-) koopovereenkomsten, de notariële aspecten van vastgoedtransacties en due diligence trajecten. Jaap adviseert projectontwikkelaars, bouwbedrijven, beleggers en beleggingsfondsen.

Jaap is sinds 2018 werkzaam bij CMS, daarvoor werkte hij als advocaat bij AKD.
