Webinar: Whistleblower Protection Act adopted, what now?

The 'Whistleblower Protection Act' was adopted by the Dutch Senate on 24 January 2023 and will soon enter into force. The new legislation introduces changes for organizations that we would like to inform you about, for example:

•    the shift of the burden of proof to the employer;
•    what does it mean that a misconduct may be reported directly externally;
•    how do you establish the new internal reporting procedure;
•    the expansion of the concept of 'misconduct'.

On Tuesday 21 February 2023, CMS will organize a webinar about the new legislation. During the webinar, we will discuss the most important concepts and changes. We will also discuss, among other things, the role of employee participation in the implementation in your organization.
