CMS geëerd in Chambers Global Online Awards

CMS is door Chambers & Partners geshortlist als een van de top drie kantoren in de categorie "Law Firm of the Year: Europe".

Chambers selecteerde CMS vanwege haar "extensive European coverage, with over 40 offices across the continent. It offers a fully integrated service, and often handles complex multi-jurisdictional transactions. As well as enjoying a market-leading position in the CEE and CIS regions, it also fields prominent teams in France and Germany, and recently added a new member firm in Portugal. Notable areas of expertise include energy, technology and life sciences".

Brandi vervolgde: "CMS is a market leader in cross-border transactions, examples of which are the acquisition of Swiss laboratory Nycomed by Japan's Takeda covering 12 jurisdictions and our advice to Novelis Inc. on the sale of three subsidiaries in Luxembourg, Germany, France and Switzerland. Our major presence in both France and Germany has enabled us to transact several deals involving parties in both countries, such as Metro's disposal of Media Saturn in France."
