Judith Kok is als advocaat werkzaam binnen onze sectorgroep Life Sciences en Healthcare. Zij adviseert cliënten die actief zijn op het gebied van geneesmiddelen en medische hulpmiddelen. Judith adviseert cliënten over een groot aantal juridische kwesties, waaronder reclame/ gunstbetoon, prijsstelling en vergoedingen, klinisch onderzoek en commerciële contracten.​

Daarnaast adviseert Judith ook cliënten op het gebied van compliance kwesties die vaak samenhangen met gedragscodes en interne procedures met betrekking tot anti-corruptie en fraude en de zelfregulering ten aanzien van interacties met medische beroepsbeoefenaren.
