Femke Stroucken works in the Real Estate & Construction Practice Group of CMS. As a notary Femke specialises in property and area development, from transformations of vacant office buildings to turn-key new constructions. Femke also advises in international commercial real estate transactions and real estate funds (buying and selling, restructuring and financing). Femke assists with asset registration with the Dutch land registry and advises on structuring ownership and usage rights under Dutch law.​

She has a strong focus on Blockchain technology and she is very active within the Dutch Blockchain Coalition. She advises corporate clients on ICO's and other blockchain solutions with a focus on real estate and fund management. Her clients include national and international investors and banks, project developers and government institutions.
