Receita CMS cresce 5,1% em 2012

A CMS anuncia hoje seus os resultados financeiros referentes ao ano de 2012.

• As receitas anuais totais foram de € 837.7m - o que corresponde a um aumento de 5,1% em comparação com as de 2011 que foram de € 797.3m
• Abriram novos escritórios em Barcelona e no Dubai e existiu uma expansão substancial da área de prática de Saúde e Ciências da Vida em Pequim
• Entraram 31 novos parceiros, tendo agora o total 768
• Classificações: 7º em número de advogados e 22º em volume de negócios no AmLaw 2012 Global 100

Cornelius Brandi, Presidente Executivo da CMS, comentou: “In 2012, we advised clients on a large number of complex matters across a wide range of jurisdictions. These included working with Telefónica Deutschland on the largest flotation in Germany and with Société Générale on their €50bn European Medium Term Note programme. We are delighted that our full-year revenues increased again in 2012, continuing our growth in fee income. This strong performance, which has been achieved despite the global economic downturn, is confirmation that the CMS model is the right one, allowing us to provide clients with the service they require on the best terms available.”
