Stephen Wu is Counsel at Shanghai Office. He mainly focuses on corporate, commercial and product liability practice areas. He has been advising clients in general corporate law, foreign direct investment and commercial issues since 2007. His expertise also covers other legal areas including corporate governance and product liability issues.

Before joining the Shanghai Office, Stephen worked in another international law firm.
