On 26 May 2020, Business France held a webinar on the topic of “Recruit / expatriate in China due to the COVID-19”. Nicolas Zhu, Partner and Head of Life Sciences Sector Group of CMS, China, Nicolas Milonas, President at Acropolis Associates and Olivier Dessajan, China Director of Colisée and General Manager of China-Merchants-Colisée have been invited to give speeches and shared their insights on the topic.
Nicolas Zhu introduced the legal and practical models of legal vehicles for French companies to do business in China and how to engage Chinese and foreign employees in China under different legal vehicles or models, and their respective pros and cons and especially under the current COVID-19 environment. Participants raised questions at the webinar and Nicolas answered them one by one.
