The following were completed at a previous law firm:

• Battersea Power Station Development Company on the portfolio sale of 92 high value apartments to MGT Investment Management, involving complex option arrangements and with associated property management agreements
• Stanhope/Mitsui Fudosan on the site set up, structuring and dsiposals at the Television Centre White City
• Far East Consortium (FEC) on site set-up, structuring, estate management, residential unit sales and commercial headleases at their developments at Consort Place in Canary Wharf, Hornsey Town Hall in north London, MeadowSide Manchester and Victoria Riverside Manchester.
• Related Argent on site set-up, structuring and residential sales for their developments at Tottenham Hale and Brent Cross Town. These are both very large regeneration projects for north London, in multiple phases.
• Greenland Group on retail and leisure lettings of approximately 108,000 sq ft at The Ram Quarter in Wandsworth, London.
