Kerry is a partner in the Banking and Finance Team.

Kerry has twenty years’ experience specialising in tech finance and fintech. She acts for a range of clients including fintechs, corporates, clearing banks, funds, and private equity sponsors in relation to cross border and domestic, syndicated and bilateral funding transactions. Kerry is also part of the specialist embedded finance team at CMS and advises clients across a range of embedded finance products.

Kerry aims to give commercial advice to her clients and to be seen as a trusted advisor whilst ensuring that her clients are fully aware of the legal risks associated with the transaction.

She has experience from secondments to Kildare Real Estate Partners, The Royal Bank of Scotland and the European Investment Bank in Luxembourg.
