CMS's Dublin office provides specialist advice in respect of environmental, product stewardship and sustainability matters, as well as on the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property rights, including patents in the Unified Patent Court (UPC). Working with our UK and international clients on cross-border transactions and projects is of key importance to CMS. On such projects, we work closely with a long-established network of local Irish lawyers and other advisors.
