Andre is an associate in our Singapore office and part of the Technology, Media, Intellectual Property and Competition team.

Andre has advised multinational companies (technology, commerce, mass media, entertainment), SMEs and other companies on regulatory issues in the media, telecommunications, technology, and healthcare and life sciences sectors in Asia. He has co-ordinated local and regional matters involving data protection and privacy, gaming and gambling and intellectual property. He has also handled data incidents, licensing requirements, and content regulation and approval.
