CMS is an international organisation of independent law firms ("CMS Member Firms").

CMS LTF Limited ("CMS LTF") is a company limited by guarantee incorporated in England & Wales (no. 15367752) whose registered office is at Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AF United Kingdom. CMS LTF coordinates the CMS organisation.

This website at cms.law (the “Website”) is owned and operated by CMS Legal Services EEIG/EWIV (“CMS EEIG”).

CMS EEIG provides services to CMS Member Firms. It has its head office at: Neue Mainzer Straße 2–4, 60311 Frankfurt, Germany. The contact email address for CMS EEIG is: info@cmslegal.com. Neither CMS LTF nor CMS EEIG provides client services. Such services are solely provided by CMS Offices in their respective jurisdictions.

CMS LTF, CMS EEIG and each of the CMS Member Firms are separate and legally distinct entities, and no entity has any authority to bind any other.  CMS LTF, CMS EEIG and each CMS Member Firm are liable only for their own acts or omissions and not those of each other.

In these Terms of Use, references to “we”, “us” or “our” means CMS EEIG and/or, as the case may be, CMS LTF and the CMS Offices. References to “you” and “your” are to users of our Website.

Application of these terms

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you start to use this Website. By using our Website, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Use and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website.

Our Website may contain links to other websites at different web addresses, some of which are owned and operated by CMS Member Firms and CMS Offices and others which are owned and operated by third parties that are not part of CMS.

These Terms of Use do not cover these websites. If you access these websites using the links provided, the operators of these websites may collect and use personal information from you in accordance with their privacy policies, which will differ from ours.

Our Terms of Use must be read together with any other legal notices or terms and conditions available on other pages of our Website.

The information held on our Websites and provided in connection with other Online Services is for general purposes and guidance only, does not constitute legal or professional advice and should not be relied on or treated as a substitute for specific advice relevant to particular circumstances.
