Dominik Stella promoted to attorney-at-law for labour law and employee data protection at CMS Vienna

With Dominik Stella on board, CMS Vienna further expands its core competencies in labour law. He combines legal expertise with sound technical knowledge to provide clients with tailor-made support and advice.

Before joining CMS Vienna in 2016, Dominik Stella worked as a study and university assistant at the Institute for Labour and Social Security Law at the University of Vienna and for two renowned law firms. Dominik Stella has successfully specialised in the interdisciplinary field of labour and data protection law and advises companies on all questions concerning employee data protection. He is a member of the CMS focus group Insolvency & Restructuring and supports clients in all labour law-related aspects of restructuring and in the implementation of international bonus systems in Austria.

Dominik Stella studied law in Vienna and Oslo. In 2019 he passed his bar exam with distinction. Dominik Stella lectures at various meetings and conferences and regularly publishes in specialist media on the topics of labour law and employee data protection. Recently, he jointly authored the Corona Handbook and a detailed article on employee data protection in the Journal for Labour and Social Security Law published by Manz.
