Recruitment policy

We use the word "partner" to refer to a member of the CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP or an employee or consultant (whether of CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP or of one of its associated overseas offices) with equivalent standing and qualifications.  A list of our members and non-members designated as partners and their professional qualifications is open to inspection at our principal address.  Our use of the word "partner" should not be construed as indicating that any person is carrying on business with others in partnership for the purposes of the Partnership Act 1980.
