EC: CRR Delegated Regulation
The EC has adopted a Delegated Regulation amending CRR with regard to temporary targeted operational relief measures and targeted multipliers for the calculation of an institution’s own funds requirements for market risk.

AMLA: Guidelines on ongoing monitoring of business relationships
AMLA is consulting on draft guidelines with regard to the ongoing monitoring of business relationships. Responses are required by 3 September 2026.
EBA/EIOPA/ESMA: Report on major ICT-related incidents
The ESAs have published their first annual reports on DORA major ICT-related incidents. The report indicates that around one third of the 3,383 major incidents reported by financial entities in the EU had a cross-border impact.
EC: BRRD Delegated Regulation
The following has been published in the Official Journal: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/440 of 24 February 2026 amending Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/63 as regards the calculation of the contributions of certain institutions, the deletion of a risk indicator and procedural modifications.

EC: Prospectus Regulation Delegated Regulation
The following has been published in the Official Journal: Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2026/395 of 23 February 2026 amending the regulatory technical standards laid down in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2019/979 as regards updating the list of data necessary for the classification of prospectuses and the list of information that can be incorporated by reference into prospectuses.

IOSCO: Valuing collective investment schemes, strengthening global standards for fund valuation
IOSCO’s report sets out recommendations intended to further enhance the reliability, consistency and transparency of valuation practices across global investment funds It updates and consolidates IOSCO’s earlier principles on valuation for collective investment schemes and hedge funds which were published in 2013 and 2007 respectively. The recommendations focus on: governance and oversight arrangements, including under stressed market conditions; management of conflicts of interest; valuation methodologies; the use and oversight of third-party valuation providers, and transparency, disclosure to investors and record-keeping.
