EIOPA has submitted its draft amendments of two implementing technical standards that set out supervisory reporting and disclosure requirements under Solvency II to the EC.
EBA has published an Opinion following a notification from the National Bank of Belgium of its intention to extend a measure introduced in 2018 regarding the use of Article 458 of CRR. EBA does not object to the extension of the proposed measure, which will be applied from 1 May 2020 to 30 April 2021.
