Natália Jánošková is a senior associate primarily practicing in the field of banking and finance. Her clients include both, lenders and borrowers who need advice on a variety of complex domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions. 
Natália advises on general banking transactions, syndicated and club loans, real estate finance, project finance, restructuring companies' financial debt, acquisition finance and NPLs. 

Natalia Jánošková has almost ten years of professional experience. She joined the Bratislava office 2020 where she is also a member of the German Desk.

  • Advising a global aluminum processor for the automotive industry on Slovak law aspects of a USD 105 million financing provided by three large international banks 
  • Representing a consortium of 4 banks in the refinancing of a loan to a major car manufacturer.
  • Advising an international bank on financing of an international real estate group in connection with real estate projects in Slovakia.
  • Advising an international swimming pool manufacturer and distributor on intra-group financing.
  • Representing a majority shareholder on the corporate financing of its Slovak subsidiaries operating a rehabilitation facility and hotel complex.
  • Representing a significant international bank as the financing bank in the sale of a Slovak shopping centre. 
  • Advising on cross-border merger of a Slovak and Austrian asset management companies and in this connection also advising on the transfer of the investment funds governance.
  • Advising a global innovator and technology company on securing an advance payment made to its supplier, which was threatened with production stoppage due to lack of funds.

  • Advising a foreign investment fund on the real estate and corporate framework for investing in Slovakia
  • Advising a German operator of a network of charging stations for electric cars in Europe with respect to building and operating a network of high-power charging infrastructure along highways in 24 European countries. We provide all encompassing advise on acquiring plots of land, incl. easements, lease agreements, representing the client before building authorities.
  • Advising on ways of protecting a client (landlord) against undesirable transfer of business shares within the tenants' companies to empty shell companies and amending lease agreements to avoid this issue in the future.
  • Advising on lease relationships with respect to sizeable premises in a major multipurpose building complex.
